GUIDELINES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Students applying for the Scholarship program must meet the required Grade Weight Average (GWA) and without failing Final grades in any subjects.
Types of scholarships:
ACADEMICS SCHOLARSHIP - GWA not lower than 1.79 or 90 and no final grades lower than 2.00 or 85.
TALENT SCHOLARSHIP - GWA not lower than 2.00 or 85 and no final grades lower than 2.25 or 83.
FINANCIAL AID - GWA not lower than 2.00 or 85 and no final grades lower than 2.25 or 83.
Must have an annual family income of not more than Nine hundred thousand pesos (Php 900,000).
All students applying for senior high and any bachelor’s degree.
REQUIREMENTS
1. All scholarship applicants must submit the following to the MINT Admissions Office.
For Senior High/College Students:
(A) Admissions completed process
(B) Scholarship Application Form (download here)
(C) High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
(D) High School Report Card
(E)Certificate of Good Moral Character
(F) Certificate of No Financial Obligation from applicant’s previous school
(G) Recommendation form from high school principal or guidance counselor
(H) Honors, awards, recognition received in high school (photocopy)
(I) Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) for both parents*
*If parents are self-employed or own a small business, (1) submit a letter detailing the nature of their work or business, and the reason for not filing an ITR; (2) submit income and expense statement (last 2 months)
*If parents are OFW, submit a copy of their employment contract and/or payslip (last 2 months).
*If parents are unemployed, submit a certificate of indigency and proof of income.
*If parents are retired, submit Certificate of Retirement or Separation with the amount of retirement/separation benefits received from the company and from Pag-ibig, SSS, and/or GSIS
(J) Electricity Billing Statements (last 3 months)
(K) Water Billing Statement (last 3 months)
(L) Credit Card Statement (last 3 months)
For College Transfer Students:
(M) Items A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L
(N) Transcript of Records from previous college
(O) Honorable Dismissal from previous college
2. The application for scholarship will not be accepted and processed unless all required documents are submitted.
3. Information on the status of your application can be obtained by calling or visiting the MINT Admissions Office.
4. All submitted information by applicant is strictly confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than scholarship evaluation.
5. Application for Scholarship does not guarantee you a grant. All applicants go through a strict, rigorous screening process.

OPPA Foundation Scholarship Program
In line with the Original Pilipino Performing Art (OPPA) Foundation’s mission to elevate the local performing arts scene, and with their trust in the quality of MINT College’s Theatre Arts Program, we are proud to announce that we are a partner institution officially covered by the OPPA Foundation Scholarship Program.
